The Bonduel Fire Department
is made up of 35 members from the Village of Bonduel and
the Town of Hartland. The department has three engines, two
tankers, an equipment truck, and is a member of the Shawano
County Mutual Aid System. There is a regular business meeting
at 7:30 p.m. the second Tuesday of each month. Also there
is in-house training the fourth Tuesday of each month at
6:30 p.m.

The Bonduel Police Department is a full-time
law enforcement agency consisting of one full-time chief
and one full-time
officer. The Bonduel Police Department provides 80 hours
and non-scheduled, irregular hours of patrol time covering
peak times. Officers are available almost anytime however
while they are not “on duty” the Shawano County
Sheriff’s Office assists by providing service during
those times. The police department also utilizes an auxiliary
officer unit that assists officers and helps provide service
in non-threatening environments. The officers are trained
in a wide variety of areas to provide the best possible,
most well-rounded service to give the residents and visitors
the highest level of assistance.

The Bonduel
EMS has 12 current members, but the roster can hold up
to 15. The EMS covers the Village of Bonduel, Town
of Hartland, and also part of the Town of Angelica. Meetings
are held on the first Tuesday of every month, along
with a training session after the meeting. All members
have First Responder level training. The EMS
is a separate group that works with the Shawano Ambulance
service as the provider for our community.
